アパート火災保険？で修繕：出窓のクロス

先日アパートの出窓クロスが経年の色落ち・原因不明の焦げがあり管理会社に相談しました。すると無料で直してもらう事が出来ました。

The other day, the bay window cloth of the apartment was discolored over time and burnt for unknown reasons, so I consulted with the management company. Then I was able to get it fixed for free.

アパートを退去するまでほかっておくと修理費が掛るかもしれなかったので無料で新品に変えて頂きラッキーでした!

I was lucky to have a new one for free because it might cost me a repair if I left it until I moved out of the apartment!
