今回読んだ本はザ・ゴールです。

 ページ数が５５１頁と多く読むのがしんどかったですが・・・私が大事だと思った所は

It was difficult to read as many pages as 551 pages ...Where I thought it was important

 

・ボトルネックを見つける →全体を見渡し利益を上げるアウトプットの障害・リスクとなるものを把握。

Find bottlenecks →Understand what is an obstacle / risk of output that raises profits over the whole.

・在庫、稼働時間の管理→作りすぎで在庫を品を買うお金・置く場所・作る時間を無駄にしていないか?

 Management of inventory and operating time → Are you wasting money, place to put, and time to make inventory by over-making?

・仕事の目的と手段→会社・私的（家庭）の目的両立が大切で、会社での目標に縛られすぎていないか? 

Work purpose and means → Is it important to balance the purpose of the company and private (home), and isn't it too tied to the goals of the company?
