今回読んだのはコレ！
This is what I read this time!
コロナで入場者が減っているようですが込み状況をネットで調べると
土日は30分待ち前後でそこそこ入場者がいるようですね！
It seems that the number of visitors is decreasing in Corona, but if you check the crowded situation on the net, it seems that there are some visitors on Saturdays and Sundays after waiting for about 30 minutes!
特に気になっった３点はコレ！
Three points that I was particularly interested in are this!
・管理者が気よつけている事４選
・ 4 things that the administrator is aware of
１．安全 ２．礼儀正しさ ３．ショー ４．効率は最後
1. Safety 2. Politeness 3. Show 4. Efficiency is the last
→普通の会社だと１・４はよく言われますが２・３はあまり言われないですね！
(製造会社でいう品質・感動になるのですかね？)
→ It is often said that 1 and 4 are ordinary companies, but 2 and 3 are not often said!
(Is it the quality and impression of the manufacturing company?
・管理者になりたがる人が多い、、、しかし周りが見ているのは意外と職種に限らず
仕事に真面目に取り組んでいる姿勢を尊重。
・ There are many people who want to become managers, but what they see around them is surprisingly respectful of their attitude of seriously working on their jobs, regardless of their occupation.
・誰でもここでは、純粋に人を笑顔にするために、人を楽しませる
「自分にしかできないこと」を一生懸命やっているのです。
・ Everyone here is doing their best to entertain people with "what only they can do" in order to make people smile.
学生時代に修学旅行で1度だけ言った事がありましたがそんな事は全然知らずに行ったことは有りますが改めてこだわりを知りました。人気なのも納得ですね！
I used to say it only once on a school trip when I was a student, but I went there without knowing it at all, but I learned anew about my commitment. I understand that it is popular!
