今回はキーコーヒーのトラジャ モーニングです。
This time is KEY COFFEE's Toraja Morning.
いつも行っているコメダとは打って変わって駅近・品目が多く高級志向でせいか少し高め(トッピングのパンはコメダの方が好みかな？)
It's different from the usual Komeda, and it's a little expensive because there are many items near the station and it's high-class (Is Komeda the better topping bread?)

17世紀末、インドネシアのコーヒー栽培は産声を上げました。中でも戦前栽培されていたトラジャコーヒーは、ヨーロッパの王侯貴族用で、その希少性と上品な風味がごく一部の人々に珍重されるだけでした。しかし第二次大戦が始まると、栽培どころではなく、農園は荒れ果て、トラジャコーヒーは死滅したと思われていました。そのトラジャコーヒーを甦らせたのがキーコーヒーです。再び市場に登場したのは、トラジャコーヒーが市場から姿を消して以来、約40年の時を経た1978年。これが「幻のコーヒー」トアルコ トラジャの新たな船出だったのです。
At the end of the 17th century, coffee cultivation in Indonesia was born. Among them, Torajan coffee, which was cultivated before the war, was for the royal aristocrats of Europe, and its rarity and elegant flavor were prized by only a few people. But when World War II began, it was believed that the farms were desolate and the Torajan coffee was dead, rather than cultivated. KEY COFFEE is the revival of Torajan coffee. It re-entered the market in 1978, about 40 years after Torajan coffee disappeared from the market. This was the new departure of the "phantom coffee" Toarco Toraja.
